MULTI-MEDIA FACADE
iDEA&Associates, in partner with OSRAM Traxon E:CUE, supported Debbas in the design and integration of the multi-media facade on Abu Dhabi Global Market Square Tower 3 and Tower 4. iDEA provided the design, engineering and R&D of the custom system for this innovative double LED display.
Our role as Multi-media facade consultants for MUBADALA was to design custom solutions that could integrate the technology onto the building, in a retrospective way and deliver a turnkey solution to the client from the concept, design and engineering through to installation. iDEA&Associates was also involved in the supervision of procurement, production, assembly and installation on the building.
The solution that was delivered to the client meet all building regulations and compliance standards and was designed with the primary focus of preserving the integrity of the building whilst creating a display for all spectators to enjoy.
iDEA&Associates continue to serve MUBADALA as Multi-Media Facade consultant on ADGMS multi-media screens and on other assets of the portfolio.

INTERNATIONAL SHOWS
The extremely technical LED displays on ADGMS has an impressive 16800 Osram Allegro dot pixels which were all manually placed into position by a 3 rigging team of 20 people and the support of 4 BMU, 2 per building.
In order to allow the movement of the motorised Louvers custom, iDEA&Associates designed custom brackets, that are in line with the original design intent of the architect. All pixels are fixed mechanically to the building but system allow the axial movement of the shading glass.

Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Square is one of Abu Dhabi’s foremost mixed-use projects and the flagship development on Al Maryah Island.
Pre-Certified LEED® GOLD in 2007, the project was awarded the Design Rating in December 2010, and achieved full LEED Gold certification in September 2014.
A 450,000 sqm office, retail and hotel development. The area consists of four Grade A commercial office towers called Al Sila, Al Sarab, Al Maqam and Al Khatem, two luxury business hotels, Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, a luxury retail destination called The Galleria, and a 5.4-kilometre pedestrian promenade.

If not satisfied we will work with the technology manufacturer to implement their products, or develop new ones in order to meet the client’s requirements. In just few years we have innovated the multi-media facade industry introducing new standards such as “invisible”, perfectly integrated, aluminum systems and the Redundancy concept for large screens.
