NORTH AND SOUTH MULTI-MEDIA FACADES

A symbol of modern Riyadh, Kingdom Center became a Multimedia Icon overnight.

iDEA&Associates worked closely with Kingdom Holding Company, Royal Commission for Riyadh City, REMAT AL_RIYADH and Omrania & Associates to design and execute the two-sided Multimedia Façade.

A building with sleek proportions and seamless windows, Kingdom Center presented us with an opportunity to design a new Multimedia Façade which was 30% smaller than any other system previously designed.

REDEFINE

OUTDOOR ADVERTISING

The freshly updated Multimedia Facade on Kingdom Center has an impressive  5 millions pixels which were installed on the building by our partner’s rigging team of 36 people.

By using over 90 kilometres of custom extruded aluminium, 120 kilometres of cables, 1902 controllers. All pixels are be fixed to the building thanks to our custom brackets which allow the fixation of the screen without permanent damage to the building.

TECHNOLOGY

INTEGRATION

The screen is perfectly integrated into the building thanks to our latest aluminium system designed and engineered to maintain the original environmental performances of the facade, making the full installation reversible once the lifecycle of the screen is completed.

Kingdom Center now hosts daily commercials as well as special shows on occasions such as Saudi national events, New Year’s and National Days, or Worldwide premiere.

The screen, built on the North and South facades, are communicating with the city at 360 degree.
